Group Training

We always train in groups because we believe it creates optimum results – people can motivate, inspire and encourage each other. Highlite group training creates a sense of friendly competition, but also a sense of community unlike any you’ve experience before. Even though you’re in a group, the exercises you do are tailored to your individual level of fitness. We train all levels from beginners to elite athletes.

Indoors and outdoors

You can train with us at our state-of-the-art training centre, and at Empire Park, Bar Beach – it’s up to you. Regardless of where you choose to work out, you’ll use barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, wall balls, slam balls, and plyometric boxes, plus more. Our highly skilled fitness coaches will push you to achieve your best.

Structured routine

The workout always includes four phases, but each session is unique. We use different types of training – cardio, high intensity interval training and resistance – and guarantee that you’ll never do the same workout twice.

  4. Wind Down/Cool Down
