Founder and Head Coach, Mark developed Highlite’s hi-tech training method. He is highly experienced in the fitness industry, and comes from a background of endurance sports including running, cycling and triathlons. He’s passionate about fitness and is well-known for his motivational one-liners. Mark is a registered member of Fitness Australia.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce | Certificate III & IV in Fitness | Certificate II in Strength and Conditioning | Certificate in Advanced Kettlebell Training | Certificate in Advanced Heart Rate Training from Polar Education Zone
Danielle has more than 23 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry and is an extremely experienced group trainer. Her enthusiasm for fitness is infectious and she’s highly skilled in the technical aspects of strength training. Her exceptional ability to motivate clients is evident at every session.
Qualifications: Certificate III in Fitness | Certified TRX functional and group fitness trainer | studying undergraduate degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.
Todd is a highly experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach. Formerly with the Newcastle Knights, Todd specializes in evidence-based training techniques, and can help challenge and develop mindsets that may be preventing members from achieving their goals. He also founded Highlite’s Hi-Performance Academy to provide the Hunter Region’s junior athletes with elite training programs.

Daniel is a passionate, highly qualified strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years’ experience within the fitness industry. Having worked with junior-national and national-elite level sporting teams, he absolutely loves the energy of group training. Dan is a movement specialist and assists members to improve mobility, strength and anaerobic capacity throughout the sessions. Dan continues to educate himself and is currently completing his Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and his Level II in Strength & Conditioning.
