Highlite Fitness is a progressive fitness business with a vision to utilise advances in technology to get the best results possible. We use Polar group heart rate monitoring systems whereby your heart rate will be monitored to ensure you are training in the most effective training and fat burning zones ensuring you hit your 'burn zone' so you achieve the best results possible. After each workout you have access to your workout report which will tell you exactly how many calories you've burnt away. Your heart rate is live in real time on our coaches ipads and huge television screen to be monitored throughout your workout to ensure you hit your Burn Zone.
